Take a moment to slow down and breathe

I think sometimes we just need photos of dusk (and sunsets specifically) to help us slow down and take a breath. Over the last few weeks I have been overwhelmed by how privileged I am to be living this life I get to live. I really am blessed in so many ways.

And one of those was getting to fly down to see my mother in the Cape, where, most evenings, I could walk along the beach or walkway across the rocks and just enjoy God’s creation, ponder my future, relax and do one of things I love most: take photos.

For you, who perhaps live in an area where you don’t get to do this as often as you would like, take the time to enjoy these shots. Slow down, take a sip from the beauty that is the Western Cape coastline, and breathe…
